Elegant new apartments in NoMa.

Process: This unique project is located at the intersection of New York and Florida Avenues, with commuter train lines as a boundary. One of the primary concerns of the design and development teams was sound abatement through the window system. BAP worked with the acoustic consultants and designers to develop a superior sound mitigating system without requiring a third lite of glass. This process enabled us to provide operable windows and terrace doors with STC42 performance!
