The property includes a new eleven-story AC Hotel and The Illume Residential comprising a twelve- and a thirteen-story building, providing more than 750 apartments combined. The three towers are connected with a series of aerial bridges, including a glass skybridge connecting the roof-level amenity decks at the two residential buildings.
Process: Burns Architectural Products and Bellwether Design, worked closely with R2L Architects, John Moriarty General Contractor and Service Glass Industries to engineer and install structural glass bridges.
