Process: The Oronoco was an aging office building left vacant before EYA developed it into 60 luxury Condominiums on the Potomac River. This re-purpose is widley viewed as one of the most successful conversions from industrial space to residential homes. BAP was engaged to design system details that worked in a retrofit environment, while providing superior acoustic, structural and thermal performance.
