The Adaire
The Adaire at Tysons is a 34 story luxury apartment tower.
Process: BAP participated in a design assist/design development process with R2L Architects and Service Glass Industries. This curved tower features walk out balconies and floor to ceiling window walls. Our teams worked on a unique transition slpice system to eliminate field fabrication of head receptors and sub-sills.
System: Peerless G500 window, window wall and terrace door system. Custom receptor and subsill system with transition splices for segmented openings.
