Brand new luxury apartments, just steps from the Metro in the heart of downtown Bethesda.
Process: BAP and Peerless participated in a design development process to assist the design team on this highly custom system. Working with R2L, BAP assisted in developing the custom components that enabled a shortened installation duration.
System: Peerless G200 window wall and ADA/Fair Housing Terrace Doors. Custom nail fin receptor and subsill.
