LEED Silver certified hotel in the West End neighborhood of downtown Washington DC.
Process: BAP was asked to participate in a design development process with the team from Shalom Baranes. Special considerations were placed on occupancy comfort and quiet. Our teams designed an acoustic window system that allows for floor to ceiling window walls on busy M Street.
System: Peerless G200 system with custom subframes and corner mullions.
